Remember us at Christmas

Yep its coming,  As we celebrate the holiday season and buy gifts and remember our friends and relatives.  We as pet lovers also include our four legged friends and companions in our plans and gifts.  We nestle up at the fireplace and look at our friends cozy and comfortable.  We should also think of the less fortunate animals that are in shelters and sleeping on hard floors, possibly some of them have a blanket thrown on the floor or some of them have some type of bedding.

Maybe we can make  a donation to a shelter that is near to your home or any animal rescue organization in your pets name.  We cannot save all of the shelter animals but we can make a difference in a small way.

Remember when OUR Lord & Saviour was born – he was surronded by animals and if we believe Sheperds were there we can believe they brought their dogs to the site (the ones that they use to herd).

The Shelter Animals are in the pens at heir shelters dreaming of a forever home that they deserve. They have hung their stockings on the side of their pens with this being their only wish. Maybe to find a home that they will no be abused in, possibly have enough to eat, have a forever human to give their undying loyalty and affection to and have grass to lay on in the back yard of their forever home.  Just maybe you will fulfill their wish!!!

Paul Kattner

I am retired after working as an industrial mechanic for most of my work career. I am married have had animals friends almost my whole life. This project that I have taken on has given me more satisfaction than my whole work career. So far over 600 beds and 60 cat bunks or towers have been made and donated to various shelters. Some new items were dog bunk beds and cat hammocks. I sleep at night knowing that in a small way we have made a difference in the life of the animals who have received our beds. We have sent beds to Nebraska, Texas, State of Washington and New Jersey. We have helped Eagle Scouts in their projects and in turn they have helped us.
